Position Description

Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Program Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

The candidate in this position will work as a Program Analyst alongside an engineering team supporting Army Customers with duties split between Redstone Arsenal and the Dynetics campus.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field and a minimum of 2+ years of job experience in a business field.

Candidate must be able to support Project Leads on multiple projects by:

  • Creating and maintaining master project schedules

  • Attending program meetings

  • Tracking program costs and labor hours

  • Ensuring contractual obligations are met

  • Assisting with establishing and tracking subcontracts

  • Submitting purchase requisitions and tracking materials purchased

  • Obtaining quotes

  • Assisting with proposals/BOMs

  • Assisting with report, briefing, and cost spreadsheet generation

  • Scheduling, preparation, and coordination for meetings

Candidate should have a good understanding of MS Office and MS Project.

A small amount of travel may be required 10%

Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

Other Qualifications

The position will require that the candidate be an independent thinker and a self-starter with solid organizational skills.

The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, support research assignments, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience with Costpoint a plus.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
