Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Legal team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
This position will be responsible for preparation of both routine and specialized legal documents and correspondence; review and negotiation of various contract documents; research of legal topics related to government contracting; as well as facilitating communication with external and internal customers.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with 0-3 years’ experience; recent bar examinees are encouraged to apply.
- Admitted to practice law in an applicable state or willing to take necessary steps to be admitted to a bar within 6 months of employment.
The position will require the candidate be a driven self-starter, with excellent analytical and writing skills; ability to negotiate and resolve matters ethically and professionally; possess attention to detail and time management.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must have personal integrity and adherence to a high degree of professionalism and ethical competency.
Superior multi-tasking skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Strong relationship builder with clients and legal team – ability to collaborate with teammates to obtain a common goal.
Demonstrates personal commitment to professional development and advances in the government contracting field.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
